The Destruction of Distraction

I’ve come to a scary realization recently.

For approximately the last 3 years of my life, I have been distracting myself from my life.

I haven’t been engaged, I haven’t been “present” (although I hate that buzz word more than any other in today’s vernacular… it still rings true… and that just about kills me), I haven’t been “showing up” in any way, shape, or form.
