It started right before Christmas. Just after the rushing and hurriedness had finally come to a head, once all the preparations had been completed. That’s when it hit.

The hollowness, the emptiness, the loneliness, the depression.

Christmas and New Years came and went without much notice. Even though I was surrounded by family and life was good, I was miserable.
